You can find Tulsi Handicrafts in the Shree Ji Market in Nathdwara. We are quite close to the Shrinath Ji Temple, which means there are always people walking around our area throughout the day. The market is a very busy place, especially during festival times or when pilgrims are visiting the temple. Our shop is just one of many in the market, but we’ve been here long enough that people recognize us and where we are located. It’s a small space, and we have to be careful how we stack everything so there is room for customers to stand and look around. We focus on the handicrafts that people expect to see when they come to Nathdwara for a visit. It’s not a polished corporate environment by any means. It’s a place where we sit on the floor sometimes to sort through items and where the walls are covered with whatever we have in stock at the moment. We don’t use any fancy sales tactics or pressure anyone. We just show what we have and let the items speak for themselves. The smell of incense from the temple usually drifts into the shop, which is nice and peaceful. We open early in the morning and stay open until the temple crowds thin out in the evening. It’s a steady way of life for us. We enjoy being part of the market community here. It feels like home to us, and we just keep the business going one day at a time without any fuss.
