Tanushree Restaurant

Tanushree Restaurant is located in the Sarvrituvilas area of Udaipur HO. You can find us right opposite the Sizer & comb saloon. Udaipur is a city that gets a lot of visitors, but our restaurant is more of a local spot for the people who live and work in this neighborhood. We have been here for a while and the place is kept very simple. We don't have any polished corporate mission or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, sweep the floors, and start cooking. The area near the saloon is usually busy with people getting their hair done or just walking through Sarvrituvilas. We have a few tables and chairs and we try to keep the place clean for whoever walks in. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you might see different family members helping out behind the counter or in the kitchen. We spend a lot of our time doing the basic stuff like washing dishes and prepping the ingredients for the day. It isn't a fancy lifestyle, but it's what we know. The weather can get pretty hot in Rajasthan, so we try to keep the fans going to make it comfortable inside. We just focus on the day-to-day work and making sure we have everything ready for the lunch crowd. It’s just a normal part of the Udaipur HO community for us.
