Taj Handicraft

You can find Taj Handicraft right in the middle of Bada Bazar, at units 54 and 55. If you have ever been to the bazar, you know how crowded it gets. It is a constant rush of people, carts, and noise. Our space isn't huge, but we make use of every inch. We have two units side by side, which helps when we have more stock coming in from the workshops. Usually, the morning starts with sweeping the front and making sure the items on display aren't too cluttered. Since we are in Bada Bazar, there is never a dull moment. We see all kinds of people coming through. Some are looking for something specific, and others are just lost in the crowd. It’s a lot of standing around and talking to whoever walks in. The walls are covered with things we’ve collected to sell. It feels a bit like a maze sometimes because we have so much stuff tucked into corners. We don't really do anything special to get customers; people just find us because we’ve been here at this address for a long time. It can get pretty loud with all the shouting from the other stalls, but you get used to it after a week. It’s just a basic shop where we try to keep things moving. We don't have any fancy air conditioning, just the breeze from the street when it’s not too hot. It is a busy life here in the bazar.
