Swagat Vatika

Swagat Vatika is situated in Hiran Magri Sector 4, right on the main road. The 313002 area is a big part of Udaipur, and we are right in the thick of it. Being on the main road means there is always dust and noise, but it also means people find us easily. We’ve got a bit of space here, which is nice. It’s not a fancy garden, but it’s ours. We spend a lot of our mornings just sweeping the front and getting things sorted for the day. The sun gets really hot in Udaipur, so we spend a lot of time trying to keep the place cool for anyone who stops by. We aren't part of any big group; we just run this place ourselves. Most of the staff has been here for a long time. We know the neighbors and the shops nearby. It’s a very local vibe. We don't have a marketing person telling us what to say. We just tell people where we are and what we do. The road outside can get pretty loud with motorcycles and cars, especially in the evenings. We’ve grown used to it over the years. Some days the water pressure is low or we have to fix a leak, but that's just part of owning a building. We just keep at it because this is what we know. There's no fancy mission, just the daily work on the main road.
