Sumati Exports

Sumati Exports is based at 69 Sukher Sapetiya Nagar. This part of Sukher is a bit away from the main highway, so it is a little less chaotic than the main road. We have our office and a small area for our work here. We have been in this location for a good number of years. In this area, everyone is pretty much in the same business. You see a lot of marble being moved around on big trailers every day. Our work is mainly about managing the export orders. That means we spend a lot of time making sure the right slabs are being sent to the right places. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. Our office is a simple place. We have a table where we lay out the plans and a few cupboards for the files. We don't bother with fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s just a place to get the job done. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. We know the local shopkeepers and the other business owners around Sapetiya Nagar. It is a small community in a way. We don’t do any big promotions. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time. We just take each day as it comes and try to keep the business running without any big problems. There’s always a pile of paperwork to get through.
