SNP House Airport Restaurant

This restaurant is part of the SNP House Airport Hotel in Dabok, Udaipur. We are right on National Highway-76. If you are driving towards the airport, you’ll see us opposite the Gits factory in Bamaniya Khet. It’s a convenient spot for travelers who are either going to the airport or coming from it. The restaurant is quite plain, nothing too stylish. We have a lot of truck drivers and travelers stopping by because we are right on the highway. It can get pretty dusty with all the vehicles passing by outside, but we keep the inside tidy. We serve regular meals that people expect when they are on a long journey. It’s usually just a few of us working shifts to keep the place open. Sometimes it’s very quiet when there are no flights, and other times it’s a mad rush for an hour or two. We just take it as it comes. The kitchen is busy preparing stuff for the hotel guests too. We don’t have a big menu with fancy names for the dishes. It’s just straightforward food that fills you up. We’ve been here in Dabok for some time now and have seen the road change over the years. It’s a practical place for a meal when you’re on the move. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. Just a roadside restaurant doing its best to serve the people passing through this part of Rajasthan. It's hard work but we are used to it.
