Shree Krishna cafe

We have been running Shree Krishna cafe here on the Thokar Choraha-Ayad Road for a while now. If you know Udaipur, you know this part of town gets quite busy with all the traffic coming through. We are situated right near the Five Star Garden, which is a bit of a landmark for people trying to find us. Most days start pretty early when the sun is just coming up over Udaipur Ho and we start getting things ready. It is a simple setup really. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that because we mostly focus on just being a regular spot for locals to stop by. Sometimes the road outside gets dusty and noisy with the bikes and trucks going toward Ayad, but inside we try to keep things steady. The staff here are just local people from around the neighborhood. We see the same faces every day, people heading to work or just walking by. It is not a very big place but it serves the purpose for anyone around the Thokar Choraha area. We usually spend our afternoons watching the crowd grow near the garden. There is no big secret to how we work, we just open the doors and do the same things we did the day before. It is just a normal cafe life in this part of Rajasthan. We have seen the area change a bit over the years but the way we handle the daily routine stays about the same.
