Santushti Bhojnalaya

Our bhojnalaya is on Udaiya Pole Road in Udaipur. We are very close to the Police Line, so we get a lot of people from that area coming in. Udaipur HO is a central spot, and things can get crowded on the roads around here. We have been serving food at this location for some time. The room isn’t very big, but we fit enough tables for the daily crowd. Most people who come here are looking for a quick meal that tastes like home. We don’t do anything fancy with the plating or the decor. It is just a place where you sit, eat, and then go about your day. The morning starts with getting the stove going and making sure we have enough supplies for the afternoon rush. When the sun gets high, it can get a bit warm inside, but the food stays fresh. We see students, workers, and families all sitting together. There isn’t any loud music or bright flashing signs. We just have the name on the door and the smell of cooking coming out. We try to keep the place tidy, though things get messy when it is full. It is a practical spot for anyone in the Udaiya Pole area. We focus on the cooking and making sure there is enough for everyone who shows up. It is just a regular part of the neighborhood here in Udaipur and we keep doing it.
