Sangeeta Arts & Crafts

Our place is at 18, Bari Sadri House in the Naiyon Ki Talai area. It’s an old part of the city with narrow streets and lots of character. We use the space for all our work at Sangeeta Arts & Crafts. It’s not a very big room, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. There are shelves filled with supplies, different fabrics, and tools scattered across the worktables. It’s a bit messy at times, but we know where everything is. The light comes in through the small windows, which is enough for us to see what we are doing. We spend our days here creating different items and putting things together by hand. It’s a slow process sometimes, but we don’t like to rush it. People from the neighborhood often drop in to say hello or see what we are working on. We’ve lived and worked in this area for years, so we know most of the neighbors and they know us. It’s a comfortable place to be, even if it’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of projects going on at once. We don't have a website or any fancy brochures to show off. We just do our work and let people see it when they visit the house. It’s a simple life, focused on making things and keeping the tradition going in our own small way.
