You can find us at 7-A, Saheli Marg. It’s a bit quieter over here compared to the main markets. Rudraksham is a small operation. We spend most of our time sorting through items and checking for quality. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of patience and good eyesight. The building isn't very large, so things can get a bit cramped when a new batch of stock arrives. We aren't a big factory or a retail chain. It’s just a few of us who have been doing this for years. Sometimes the light in the back room isn't great, so we move our work closer to the windows during the afternoon. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or by just walking down Saheli Marg. We handle the items carefully because they mean a lot to the people who buy them. It’s a slow process sometimes. We try not to rush because that’s when mistakes happen. The neighborhood is nice and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street. It’s a simple business run by people who actually care about what they are sending out. We keep things honest and just do our best every day. There is always a lot to sort through, but we manage it one piece at a time.
