Restaurant Aroma

We have been operating out of Bathera House in Udaipur for quite some time now. Our location is in the Fatepura area, right near the Udaipur HO, so it is a spot that many people pass by when they are heading into the main part of the city. We are not a large or fancy establishment. It is basically just a kitchen and a dining room with some sturdy tables and chairs. I spend most of my mornings checking on the supplies and making sure the kitchen staff has everything they need for the day ahead. My cousin works the front area and talks to the people who come in. We get a lot of locals who live in the neighborhood and also some visitors who are just looking for a place to sit down for a bit. The street outside can get quite noisy with all the traffic, but we try to keep the inside feeling a bit more settled. We do not have a big team of people, just a few of us who know how to get the work done. The menu is pretty simple because we found out early on what people like to eat here, so we just stick to that. We do not go for fancy decorations or anything like that. It is just a plain, honest place to get a meal. If it gets busy, things might take a little longer, but that is just how it goes sometimes.
