Rangat Cafe & Restaurant

Rangat Cafe & Restaurant is right on the Main Airport Road in Udaipur. We are directly opposite the main gate of B N College. Because of where we are, we see a lot of students coming and going all day long. It makes the area feel quite lively, even if it gets a bit chaotic with all the bikes parked everywhere. The road to the airport is always busy, so there’s a constant hum of engines outside. Inside, we just try to keep things relaxed. We have some simple chairs and tables, and we don't spend much on decorations. It's more about having a place to sit. We spend our time making tea, coffee, and whatever food people ask for. Sometimes the power goes out or the water runs low, and we just have to figure it out as we go. That’s just part of running a shop in this part of Udaipur. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just open the shutters, sweep the floor, and wait for the first customers to wander over from the college. It’s a straightforward life. We know most of the regulars by name now, which is nice. It’s just a small business on a busy road, doing the same routine every week and trying to keep the fans running when it gets hot.
