You can find us over at 401 Fatehpura Bedla Road, right in the Badgaon Ruby Palace area. It is a bit different than the big open yards you see on the highway because we are more in the city area. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers and making sure the stone gets delivered where it needs to go. Sometimes it feels like we are more of an office, but we still handle all the practical side of things like checking the quality of the slabs and making sure the measurements are right. It gets a bit hectic when multiple trucks arrive at the same time and the road is narrow, so we have to move fast. My uncle started this and now a few of us work here together. We don't have a big mission statement or anything, we just try to get the work done and stay out of the sun when it is too hot. Dealing with international stuff means we are often looking at papers and logs until late in the evening. It is not always exciting, but it is what we know how to do. The neighborhood knows us pretty well by now. We usually have some tea and talk to the regulars who stop by to ask about prices or just to see what new stock we got in from the quarries this week. It is just a regular local spot.
