Paradise Screen & Handicrafts

We are over at No. 12 Lakshmi Marg in the Amal Ka Kanta area. If you are coming down Rmv Road, it’s not too hard to find us. Paradise Screen & Handicrafts has been part of this neighborhood for a good stretch of time now. Our workspace is usually a bit of a mess, to be honest. We do a lot of screen printing and hand-made items, so there’s always ink around or stacks of frames waiting to be cleaned. It’s a practical kind of place. We don’t have fancy rugs or air conditioning that works all that well, but it gets the job done. The street outside can get quite loud with all the traffic and people moving about, but we’re used to it by now. We spend our days mostly focused on whatever orders have come in that week. Sometimes we are working late into the evening if there’s a lot to get through. It’s just how things go when you run a small shop like this. We know the other business owners on Lakshmi Marg pretty well; we all look out for each other. People come to us when they need something specific done that requires a bit of manual labor. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like being here and being part of the local scene in Amal Ka Kanta. We just keep our heads down and keep working until the light fades.
