Paliwal Shiv Bhojanalay is situated at number 3 near Chatak Circle in Udaipur. This is a pretty well-known spot in the city. There is always a lot of movement around Chatak Circle, with buses and cars going in every direction. We have been operating from this location for quite some time now. Our place isn't big, but we make the most of the space we have. It is just a traditional bhojanalay. We do the cooking, the cleaning, and the serving ourselves. It's a family-style environment without being too formal about it. Udaipur can be very busy with all the tourism, but Chatak Circle feels more like the real heart of the town for locals. We spend our mornings getting the stove going and preparing for the day ahead. Sometimes the street noise gets inside, but that’s just life in Udaipur. We don't really have any big plans to expand or become a chain. We are content just staying here at our spot on Chatak Circle. People come in, they eat, and they go about their day. It is a very practical business. We don't believe in using big words or making promises we can't keep. We just show up and do the work. If you are near the circle, you will find us easily at number 3.
