Paliwal Bhojnalaya

Paliwal Bhojnalaya is located right by RK Circle on Bhuvana Road. If you are in Udaipur, you probably know the Celebration Mall, and we are quite close to that. It’s a busy intersection. There is always a lot of traffic and people moving around the mall area. We set up shop here because it’s a central part of the city. Most of our days are spent in the kitchen or at the counter. It isn't a very large place, but it serves the purpose. We don't have a bunch of managers or a corporate office. It is just a local bhojnalaya where we do the work ourselves. Udaipur is a beautiful city, and being on Bhuvana Road keeps us connected to everything. We see a lot of people coming from the mall or heading towards the main city area. The work is repetitive but we like the routine. We just try to keep the place tidy and make sure everything is ready for the customers. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the vehicles at RK Circle, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't looking to be the biggest place in town. We just want to be a steady presence here in the Udaipur Ho area. That's basically us. We are just local people running a local spot near the mall.
