N-Joy A Multicuisine pure veg Restaurant

We started N-Joy A Multicuisine pure veg Restaurant because there weren't many decent veg spots right here in Hiran Magri, especially around Sector 11. The shop is at 6, Manokamna, which is easy enough to find if you know the Udaipur area. It’s just me and a few guys in the kitchen mostly. We didn’t want to pick just one type of food so we do a bit of everything, like North Indian and some Chinese style stuff too. It’s been a few years now since we opened the doors. The afternoon sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard in the summer so we have to keep the blinds down to stay cool. Most of the people who come in are from the nearby houses or offices. It’s not a fancy place with mirrors or anything, just some sturdy tables and chairs. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors because of all the dust from the road outside. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting around and we chat about the traffic and the heat. It’s a lot of work running a kitchen but we’re used to it. My cousin helps with the accounts on weekends when he has time. We don't do much advertising, just people walking by and seeing the sign out front. It’s quiet in the mornings when we’re prepping the vegetables and gets busy around 8 PM. We just wanted a place where you can get a meal without it being a big deal.
