New Unique Handicrafts

We are over at 122, Jagdish Marg. If you know the area near Mazi Ki Bawri, you've probably walked right past us. The shop stays pretty busy because of where we are. There is always someone coming in to look at the different handicrafts we keep on the shelves. It gets a bit dusty with all the traffic outside, but that is just how it is around here. We spend a lot of our morning just moving things around so people can actually see what is available. Some days are quieter than others. When the sun hits the street, it gets quite warm inside, so we keep the fans going. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular shop where we handle different handmade items. People stop by after visiting the stepwell. Sometimes they stay for a while, other times they just glance and move on. We try to keep things organized, but with so many small pieces, it can get messy. We have been in this spot for a while now. The neighborhood has changed, but the way we do things stays mostly the same. We just show up, open the shutters, and see who comes by. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting crates and unpacking new arrivals. You get used to the noise of the scooters zooming past the front door. It is just a normal part of life here on Jagdish Marg. We don't do much besides keep the shop open and talk to folks.
