Natural View Restaurant

We are located at 32 Lal Ghat Marg, which is right in the heart of the old city area. If you have ever walked through these parts of Udaipur, you know how narrow and winding the streets can be. Our restaurant is tucked away in one of those old buildings that has been around for a long time. We have a view of the water, which is probably why the place was named this way to begin with. It is not a grand or fancy establishment, just a regular place where you can sit down and have a meal. We get an interesting mix of people coming through the door every day. There are tourists who are exploring the lake area and then there are the locals who have been eating with us for many years. The stairs leading up are a bit steep and uneven, so everyone has to be careful when they come in. We spend a lot of our time cleaning the windows because the wind picks up a lot of dust from the street below. It is usually quite peaceful in the mid-afternoon when the sun is too hot for people to be walking around outside. We keep the ceiling fans going all day to make sure it stays cool enough for everyone inside. The kitchen is quite small and looks a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. It is a family business, and we all take turns doing the work.
