Natraj Dining Hall & Restaurant

We are over on City Station Road in Udaipur. The numbers are 22 to 24. It is right in the Udaipur HO area. Being near the station means we get a lot of dust from the road. We spend a lot of time with the cloth cleaning the tables. The dining hall is a large room with long tables. We like it that way because people can just sit down wherever there is a gap. The fans on the ceiling spin fast, but in the middle of summer, it still feels warm. The floor is made of hard tiles that make a lot of noise when people move their chairs. We don't have any music playing. You just hear the sound of plates and people talking. Sometimes the noise from the station comes inside if the wind is blowing the right way. We have a big kitchen area where the pots are very large. The staff wears simple clothes and they move fast because people are usually in a hurry to catch a train. The walls have a few pictures on them but they are old now. We don't really change things much. If a chair breaks, we fix it. If a light goes out, we get a new bulb. It is just a place to eat on a busy road. Most people come in, eat their fill, and leave without saying much.
