You can find Masala World Veg & Non Veg Restaurant over at the Apsara Hotel Compound. We are situated on City Station Road in Udaipur. It’s a very busy part of the city because of the railway station nearby. We also have Toran Bawri close to us, which is a good landmark for people who aren't from this neighborhood. We’ve been at this compound for quite a bit of time now. The restaurant handles both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, so the kitchen is always split into different sections to keep things right. It’s a basic place, nothing too fancy or complicated. We don't have a big corporate structure behind us. It’s just a small group of us working every day to keep the place running. The area around City Station Road is always full of travelers carrying bags and looking for a quick bite to eat. We see a lot of people who are just passing through Udaipur for a day or two. The work is steady and it keeps us on our feet. We don't spend much time on things like decorating or advertising. Most of our time goes into the actual cooking and cleaning. Udaipur is a tourist city, but our corner of it is more about the practical side of things. We just try to provide a spot where people can sit down and eat without any fuss. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing every day.
