Mahendra Pokharna

I am Mahendra Pokharna and my place is at number 10 in Adarsh Nagar, Sector 4. This is in the Udaipur Ho area. I use one of the rooms in this building as my office. It is a very quiet neighborhood, which is quite different from the middle of the city. There are some trees outside the window that keep the room a bit cooler during the summer months. I have been working from this sector for a long time now. Most of what I do involves sitting at my desk and going through my ledgers and files. I don't have any staff helping me, so I take care of everything on my own. When someone comes over to see me, we usually just sit in the front room and talk. It is not formal at all. I don't wear a suit or a tie, just my normal everyday clothes. Adarsh Nagar is a nice place where most of the neighbors know each other's names. My phone rings quite a bit, but I try to keep things steady. I don't have a website or any online presence. People just find me through word of mouth. The office has an old ceiling fan that clicks while it spins, but it does the job. I have a small shelf where I keep all my important books and folders. It is a very practical setup that has worked for me for years.
