Madhu Nursery

It is a lot of outdoor work, as you can imagine with a nursery. We spend our days watering, potting, and making sure everything stays green under the sun. It is not a high-tech operation at all. We just have our rows of plants and the tools we use to keep them healthy. People from the neighborhood come by when they want something for their balcony or garden. Being opposite Nehru Hostel makes it easy to give directions over the phone. We don't have a fancy office or a big team of sales people. It is just a few of us who know a bit about soil and sunlight. The work is dirty and sometimes the weather makes it hard, but we stay at it. We keep a variety of things depending on the season. We don't really do big advertising campaigns. Most people just walk in because they see the greenery from the road in Hiran Magri. We like the quiet pace of things here. If you need a plant, we probably have something that fits your space. We just try to be a regular, honest nursery for the local community. There is always something needing to be trimmed or moved around. That is just how life is at Madhu Nursery. We are just here tending to the leaves.
