Khalsa Pure Veg

We are located on the 100 Feet Road in Udaipur, right across from A-One Senior Secondary School. Being near a school means we see a lot of parents and teachers every day. We decided a long time ago to keep everything strictly vegetarian. It’s just easier that way and it’s how we eat at home too. The shop isn't very large but we make it work. We spend a lot of our time in the morning chopping vegetables and getting the gravies started. The 100 Feet Road is always busy with cars and bikes, so there is plenty to look at while we work. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and some pictures here and there. Most people come here because they know the food is clean and tastes like something you’d get in a regular kitchen. We use fresh ingredients from the local market every day. If something isn't good at the market, we just don't make that dish that day. It’s a simple way to run a business but it works for us. Udaipur is a beautiful city and we are happy to be a small part of it here in 313004. We just keep our heads down and keep cooking the way we know. That’s really all there is to it.
