KANTONS Restaurant

KANTONS Restaurant is our place up on Tiger Hill along Badi Road. Udaipur is busy, but out here near Aishwarya Resort, it feels a bit different. We just wanted a spot where people could eat without too much fuss. It's nothing fancy, just a building on the road where we serve what we know how to make. Most days it's just us getting things ready before the lunch crowd shows up. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. People find us when they are heading out towards the lake or just driving around the hills. It gets quiet in the evenings sometimes. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. Just some local staff and the kitchen. You might notice the sign from the road if you aren't driving too fast. We keep the tables wiped down and the lights on until we close up. The weather out here stays nice since we are a bit elevated. If you're coming from the city center, it's a bit of a drive but not too bad. We see a lot of the same faces every week. Some tourists stop in because they see us on the map, but mostly it's just folks from around Rajasthan. We don't do much advertising. We just focus on the day-to-day work. It's a job, but we like it.
