Johukum Multicuisine Restaurant

Johukum Multicuisine Restaurant is located in Section 4 of Udaipur, right across from the Jain Mandir. It’s a quiet enough part of the city compared to the main tourist areas, which we actually prefer. We get a lot of local families who come in after visiting the temple. We started this place because we wanted to offer a bit of everything, not just one type of food. The building is simple, and we’ve tried to make it comfortable for everyone who walks through the door. We don't have any big marketing team or social media experts. Most of the time, I’m the one checking on the tables or helping out in the kitchen when it gets busy. Udaipur is a beautiful place, and we are just happy to have our small corner here in Sec-4. We make sure the ingredients are good and the kitchen stays clean. It’s not about being the most famous spot in Rajasthan, it’s just about being a reliable place where you can get a good dinner. Some nights are slow and we just sit and talk with the neighbors, and other nights every table is full. We take it as it comes. We’ve learned over the years that if you just keep showing up and doing the work, people will keep coming back. It’s an honest way to make a living and we are glad to be here.
