Janak Arts

Janak Arts is located at 12 Lal Ghat Marg. We are on the floor above the Land Mark Book Shop. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs to get to us. The building is older, and you can feel the history of the area when you walk through the doors. Being on Lal Ghat Marg means we are near the water, which is nice on days when there is a breeze. Our space is filled with all the tools and materials we use. It’s often a bit of a mess with things spread out on the tables. We don't have a fancy waiting area for visitors. Most people just come in and see us working. The book shop downstairs is a good landmark for people trying to find the entrance. Sometimes the stairs feel a bit steep after a long day. We’ve stayed in this spot because it suits us. The light coming through the windows is usually pretty good for what we do. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing advertisements. Most of our day is spent just handling the physical tasks at hand. It's a quiet existence for the most part, except for the noise from the street below. We just keep going, day after day, at number 12. It’s a simple setup and we like it that way. There isn't much more to it than that. We just enjoy the work and the location.
