JAI Shree Krishna Bhojnalaya

JAI Shree Krishna Bhojnalaya is located right near the railway station in Mavli. We are in the Udaipur district of Rajasthan, with the pin code 313203. Since we are so close to the station, we get a lot of people coming off the trains looking for something to eat. It is a humble little bhojnalaya. We don't have a big menu or anything fancy. We just cook what we know and serve it to whoever comes in. The sound of the trains is something we hear all day and night. It has become a part of our life here in Mavli. We are a small team, mostly family and a few helpers. We don't have any corporate training. We just learned by doing. Every morning we start the stove and get the vegetables ready. It is a lot of repetitive work, but it keeps us busy. The station area is always a bit dusty and crowded, but that is where the people are. We have been at this spot for quite some time now. Locals and travelers both stop by. We don't do any promotion. People just see our sign when they walk out of the station. It is a basic, honest way to make a living. We just try to keep things clean and the food hot for everyone. It is a simple life by the railway tracks.
