Flames Restaurant

Flames Restaurant is over at 93 College Road in Udaipur. We are right across from M B College Road, so there are always a lot of students walking past the front door. The street stays pretty busy throughout the day with bikes and people heading to classes. Our shop is not very big, but we have enough space for people to grab a seat and eat. We opened up here because the location seemed alright and there were plenty of locals around. It is mostly just us handling everything from the cleaning to the cooking. Sometimes the place gets crowded during the afternoon when the college lets out, and it can get a bit noisy with everyone talking at once. We don't have any corporate backing or a big marketing plan. We just opened the doors one day and started cooking. The building itself is older, but it serves its purpose for what we need. On hot days, we try to keep the fans going as much as we can. We spend a lot of time in the back kitchen prepping the vegetables and getting things sorted for the evening rush. It is a basic setup and we like it that way. We know most of the shopkeepers on the road by now. It’s a decent community to be part of. We just focus on getting the food out on time and keeping things running as best as we can.
