We are situated at 30-A, New Fatehpura, right near Sunder Vatika and not far from Sukhadia Circle. It’s actually a nice part of the city to work in because of the greenery nearby. Our building is an older structure with a few steps leading up to the entrance. Inside, the rooms are filled with various items we’ve gathered or are preparing to send out. There is often a bit of a smell of packing materials and wood in the air. We don't have a showroom, so things are mostly packed in crates or wrapped in bubble wrap on the floor. The fans stay on all day to keep the air moving. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or writing out shipping manifests. Sometimes we go for a walk over to the circle during the lunch hour just to get some fresh air. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed; we don't have strict rules about where people sit as long as the work is getting finished. We’ve got a lot of old files and some old wooden furniture that we’ve had since we started. It’s a comfortable place, even if it’s a bit cluttered with papers and boxes. We know the people at the shops nearby, and it feels like a small community. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come. The postman usually stops by around eleven, and that's when we take our first real break.
