We’re located at plot 241 in the Bhatpore GIDC area. It’s right off the Magdalla-Hazira road in Surat. If you’ve ever driven toward the industrial side of town, you’ve probably passed by our building. Tahoe Foods and Beverages is where we spend all our time. We deal with both food and drinks here. The GIDC is a busy place with lots of trucks and noise, but it’s perfect for what we do. Our building is a standard industrial unit. Inside, there is always something bubbling or being bottled. It’s not a glamorous job. We wear our uniforms and spend hours on the floor making sure the quality is where it should be. The heat from the machines can be a lot, especially in the summer months. We’re just a group of people from around Surat who know how to run a production line. We don't have a big corporate office with fancy rugs or coffee machines. It's concrete floors and metal tables for us. We’ve been here in Ichchapore for a good while. We focus on the practical side of things—getting the bottles filled and the boxes packed correctly. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them ourselves. It’s just part of the daily routine. We’re glad to be part of the local industry here in Gujarat. It keeps us on our toes and provides for our families. That is what matters most to us at the end of the day.
