Sridha Condiments

Sridha Condiments is tucked away in the Adajan area, specifically inside the Shyam Sundar Market. If you know the market, you know it gets pretty crowded, especially in the evenings when everyone is out looking for something to eat or finish their shopping. We spend most of our time stocking the shelves with various snacks and items that people in the neighborhood like to buy. The shop isn't very big, but we manage to fit a lot into the small space we have. Usually, you can hear the noise from the other stalls nearby while we work. It’s mostly regular customers who live in Adajan coming by to pick up a few things on their way home from work. We have been here for a bit now, and the routine is basically the same every single day. We open up, check what’s running low, and wait for the afternoon rush. Sometimes the fans don't work as well as they should, so it gets a little warm inside during the summer months. But people still come in to browse the containers and see what we have on the shelves. It’s just a normal part of the market life here in Surat. We don't do anything too fancy, just keep the place tidy and make sure there is enough for everyone who visits. The Shyam Sundar Market has its own vibe, and we are just one small part of that. Sometimes we chat with the other shopkeepers when things are quiet.
