Shree Jay Ambe Poha Mill

We are Shree Jay Ambe Poha Mill and we are located at Plot No- 403 in the New Gidc area off Bardoli Road. Being in a Gidc zone means it is all industrial around here. There are a lot of other mills and factories nearby. Our day is mostly filled with the sound of the machinery processing the poha. It gets quite loud and the air is often full of the smell of grain. We spend a lot of time monitoring the machines to make sure they are running right. It is hard work and the floor gets covered in dust pretty quickly. We have to sweep up constantly. We don't have any fancy office space. It is mostly just the production floor and a small area for the bags to be stacked. Bardoli Road is the main way to get here, and it’s usually full of trucks. We have been running this mill for quite a while now. It is a family-style operation where everyone chips in. We don't do any big promotions or anything. The product usually speaks for itself when people see it. We just focus on keeping the quality steady and the machines in good shape. It is a long day from start to finish. We usually have the first batch going before the sun is even up properly. That is just how life is at the mill. It’s tough work but it’s what we know how to do. The plot is easy to find once you get inside.
