We've been at the Char Rasta spot for quite some time now, right near the Tirupati Towers. Shah Nemchand Dalaji And Company is basically just us doing what we’ve always done. My grandfather started things off and we just kept going. People around here know the building, it's easy to find if you're coming from the main crossing. We don’t have any fancy office or a big team of people in suits. It's mostly just family and a few workers who have been with us forever. We handle the daily orders and make sure things get loaded onto the trucks properly. Sometimes the traffic at Char Rasta gets a bit messy in the mornings, but that’s just how it is. We try to keep the place organized, though it gets a bit dusty with all the stock coming in. If you stop by, you'll probably see me or my brother behind the desk. We don't spend much time on computers or making things look pretty for the internet. It's more about getting the work done and making sure the supplies are ready when someone needs them. It's a plain business, really. We just want to stay busy and keep the doors open like we have for years. Nothing too complicated about it. We’re usually here from early morning until the sun goes down, just making sure the accounts match up and the inventory is where it should be. It's just home for us.
