Relish Pan

We are located at 9th Cross on Varachha Road in 2nd Block, number 2. Relish Pan is a small establishment and we focus on making pan for the local crowd in this area. Varachha Road is always a bit chaotic with all the different shops and people moving around, and we are right in the thick of it. The shop is small so it can only fit one or two people at a time. Most of our customers just stand outside on the sidewalk while we put their order together for them. We don't have any professional training or big business plans. We just learned how to do this by watching others and practicing over the years. It is a practical business for us. We keep all our ingredients in small containers and prepare everything fresh right when someone asks for it. Sometimes the 9th Cross gets really jammed with vehicles which makes it difficult for people to park, but they still find a way to come see us. We have been in the 2nd Block for a while now. It is a neighborhood where everyone seems to be working very hard all the time. We try to provide a little bit of a break for them during their day. It is not a fancy place, just some shelves and a simple wooden counter. We talk to our customers like neighbors because that is what they are.
