Patel Pan Center

Patel Pan Center is located over at Salabatpura Gangaraj Co Housing Society on Sinhgad Road. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but we’ve called it home for a long time. This is a local business through and through. We don't have any interest in being some big chain. We just like our spot here on the road where we can see everyone passing by. It’s a busy area, especially during the commute hours, but that’s when things feel the most alive. We’ve got our regulars who stop by every single day, and we know exactly what they’re looking for before they even say a word. That kind of connection is what keeps us going. We aren’t perfect; sometimes we’re a little behind on things or the weather makes it tough to work, but we show up anyway. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just a pan center. We keep the counters wiped down and the supplies stocked. The neighborhood around Sinhgad Road has changed a lot over the years, with new buildings and more people, but we’ve tried to keep our little corner feeling the same. It’s honest work, and we enjoy being a part of the daily routine for the folks living in the housing society.
