Malhar Dhosa

You can find Malhar Dhosa at Krushi Bhavan on Puna Kumbhariya Road in the Parvat Patia area of Surat. We are located right above Dhiraj Sons, which is a spot almost everyone in this part of town knows. Surat is a city that loves its food, and we are just one of the many places where people go to eat in the evenings. The road outside can get very busy with traffic, but once you come upstairs, it is a bit different. We spend most of our time in the kitchen working on the batter and getting everything ready for the dinner rush. It is a simple place, not really decorated for show or anything. We have tables set out and we just try to serve people as fast as we can when it gets crowded. Parvat Patia has a lot of energy, and we enjoy being right in the middle of it. Sometimes the wait for a table can be a little long on the weekends, but people do not seem to mind too much. We are not a big chain or a fancy brand. We are just a local spot where you can get a dhosa and sit for a while. We have been here for a bit now, and we have gotten to know the regular shoppers from Dhiraj Sons who stop by after they finish their errands. It is just how things work for us here every day.
