Food Plaza Restaurant

Being right across from the Surat railway station means we see a lot of different faces every single day. People are always in a rush to catch a train or they’ve just arrived and look a bit tired. We’re located on Station Road, and it’s always noisy outside with the traffic and the trains. Our place, Food Plaza Restaurant, isn’t anything fancy. We just have tables and chairs and a kitchen that stays busy from morning until late at night. Sometimes the service is a bit slow when a big group comes in all at once, but we try to manage. We don't use any complicated recipes or try to be a high-end spot. It’s just food. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we know the rhythms of the station perfectly. The morning rush is the hardest part of the day. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and getting ready for the next wave of people. It’s a lot of work running a restaurant in such a busy area. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or shiny posters. We just want to make sure people have a place to sit for a minute and eat. If you’re waiting for a train or just got off one, you’ll find us right there across the street. It’s just us doing our thing every day, keeping the plates moving and the tables clear for the next traveler.
