You can find us at Siddhi Samarth Park on Adajan Road in Surat. The name of the place is Food Fanttesy, and we know the spelling is a little bit unusual. We’ve been in this specific spot for a few years now. Adajan Road is one of those places in Surat that never really seems to go to sleep. There is always a car or a scooter passing by outside. Our shop is quite simple. We don't have any expensive decorations or those fancy modern lights you see in malls. It’s just some basic tables, a few chairs, and a kitchen that stays very busy from afternoon until late at night. We have a couple of guys who have worked in the kitchen since the day we first opened. We don’t really have a boss who sits in a separate office. We all just jump in and do whatever needs to be done. The floor gets a little bit slippery when we are in the middle of a rush, so we have to be careful. Surat is a city that truly loves its food, so we try our best to keep everything consistent. We don't have a grand vision or a complicated five-year plan. We just want to make sure the person who walks through the door gets what they need. It’s a very casual place.
