Maaidah Delicacies

Maaidah Delicacies is located right by Shital Cross Road in the Adajan Dn area of Surat. We are pretty easy to spot since we’re right opposite Riverfront Gate No 3 and next to the old Ponk Party spot. This part of Surat gets quite a lot of people walking by, especially in the evenings when the weather is nice by the river. We aren't a huge establishment, just a local place where we make different kinds of food. We don't really go for anything too corporate or polished. The kitchen is always busy, and there’s usually a bit of a mess when we’re in the middle of a rush, but we try to keep things moving. We use what we can find in the local markets. Sometimes the traffic at the cross road makes it hard for people to park, but they still find their way to us. We’ve been here for a bit and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit with the riverfront development. Our team is small, mostly just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just open the doors, cook the food, and hope people enjoy it. It’s a practical way to run a business. No frills, just honest food in a busy part of Adajan. Most days we are just busy keeping everything clean and prepped.
