Dosa Uncle

You can find Dosa Uncle at Shop No G 3 in the Shiv Kartik Enclave. We are located on Vesu Road, right in the Vesu area of Surat. If you know where Nandani 2 is, we are just opposite that. It is a growing neighborhood with a lot of new buildings coming up around us. Our shop isn't very big, it is just a ground floor unit in the enclave. We decided on the name because it felt friendly and easy to remember for the kids and families around here. Most days start with us checking the supplies and making sure the stove is working right. The Vesu Road gets pretty busy in the evenings with people out for walks or running errands. We get a mix of college students and people who live in the nearby apartments. The seating is just basic stools and tables, nothing too comfortable, but it works for a quick snack. We don't have a big staff, so sometimes things take a minute if three or four groups show up at once. We don't put up big posters or try to act like a big brand. It is just a local shop where we make food every day. Sometimes we run out of certain items toward the end of the night, which is annoying, but we try to plan better for the next day. It is just a normal life running a small food stall here in Surat.
