Narayan Processros

Our facility is situated in the G.I.D.C Pandesara area, specifically at plots 151-152. Being in an industrial zone means it’s always loud and there’s a lot of movement around us. We deal with processing work at Narayan Processros, so the machines are running for most of the day. It’s a hot environment, especially during the summer months, but we have big fans going to keep the air moving. The floors are concrete and usually have some stains from the liquids we use in our daily operations. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come to see us, you’ll likely find us out on the floor near the equipment. We started out small and just kept adding more machines as we needed them over the years. The office part is just a small room with a couple of old computers and a lot of filing cabinets. We focus on the technical side of things and making sure the processing goes correctly. It’s hard work and the shifts can be long. We have workers who have been with us since the beginning, so we’re a pretty tight group. We eat our meals together in the break area and talk about the day’s production or family stuff. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a functional plant where we do our daily jobs and keep the gears turning as best as we can.
