Kavita Namkeen & Chamunda Gruh Udhyog

We run Kavita Namkeen & Chamunda Gruh Udhyog from Plot No.252 in the Bavisi Faliya area of Godadara. It’s near Devadh Gam, which is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the city center. This is a home-grown kind of setup where we make various snacks and namkeen items. The smell of frying and spices is usually pretty strong around our place. It’s a small operation, mostly family and a few helpers from the neighborhood. We started this because we wanted to make things the way we like them. The kitchen area takes up most of the space, and we have a small area for packing everything into bags. We don’t have a big store front, so most people just know where to find us in the lane. It gets quite busy during the festival seasons when everyone wants extra snacks for their guests. We spend a lot of time weighing out portions and sealing bags by hand. Sometimes the deliveries are a bit late if the weather is bad, but we try to stay on top of it. It’s hard work being on your feet all day near the stoves, but it’s what we do. We like seeing people enjoy what we make. Our setup is simple and we don’t use any big machines, just the usual kitchen tools. It’s just a local business trying to do things right in our small corner of Godadara.
