Kaizen Disposables

You can find us at Unit 5 in the Love Khush Shopping Center on Nav Sarovar Road. It’s a decent little spot, though the shopping center itself gets pretty busy on the weekends. Kaizen Disposables is basically a shop filled to the ceiling with paper plates, plastic cups, and all sorts of takeout containers. It might look a little disorganized to someone walking in for the first time, but there’s a logic to where everything is placed. We spend a lot of our day moving boxes and counting inventory. The space is tight, so we have to be careful not to knock things over when we’re pulling an order for a customer. There’s no fancy air conditioning, just a big pedestal fan that we move around depending on where we’re standing. We get all kinds of people coming in, from restaurant owners buying in bulk to people just hosting a small party at home. We don't use any high-tech systems for our sales; it’s mostly just a pen, a pad, and a calculator. Sometimes we get a bit behind on the paperwork when it’s busy, but we always catch up by the end of the day. Nav Sarovar Road is a good place to be, and we like the rhythm of the shopping center. It’s hard work and it gets dusty, but it’s a living.
