Jay Jalaram Jaman Houses

We have been here at Adajan Dn 8/17632179 for a while now. Most people know us as Jay Jalaram Jaman Houses. It is just a small spot where we get things ready every morning. We start early because there is always a lot to do before the first person walks in. The address is a bit of a mouthful with all those numbers, but locals find us easily enough near the main stretch. We keep the place clean, or at least we try to, even when it gets busy during the lunch hours. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud and the floor gets some dirt from the street, but that is how it goes. People come in, they sit down, and they eat what we have prepared for the day. There is no big menu or anything fancy here. We just serve the food and make sure the water glasses are full. My cousin helps me out with the heavy lifting in the kitchen while I handle the front part. It is a lot of work standing on your feet all day, especially when the weather gets hot in Adajan. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. Most folks just see the sign for Jay Jalaram Jaman Houses and come in because they are hungry. We stay open until the food runs out or it gets too late. It is a simple life and we are just glad to have a roof over our heads at this location.
