Hilton The Restaurant & Banquet

You have to go up to the 4th floor of Raj Arcade to find Hilton The Restaurant & Banquet. We are situated on Pal Road in Surat, which is a very busy part of the city. Being near Galaxy Circle in Adajan Dn means there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. We have the restaurant area and then a bigger space for banquets and parties. On weekends, it usually gets quite loud because of the weddings or family gatherings we host. We spend a lot of time moving chairs around and setting up for the next event. It’s hard work and the kitchen stays hot all day long. The view from the 4th floor is mostly just the tops of other buildings and the traffic on Pal Road, but it’s okay. We don't really do much advertising. Most of our customers are locals from the 395009 area who have known us for years. We know their favorite tables and what they usually like to eat for lunch. The elevator in the arcade can be a bit slow sometimes when the building is full, but people don’t seem to mind the wait too much. We just keep the place running and the food coming out as fast as we can. It’s a straightforward business and we like being part of the Adajan neighborhood. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like a fixture in the arcade and it keeps us busy enough every day.
