Our little spot is located at 2/813 along the busy Ring Road in Surat. If you know the Udhna Darwaza Char Rasta area, you probably have passed us many times. We are right across from the Gujarat Samachar Press and right beside the Karnataka Bank. It is a noisy part of town with lots of traffic and people always moving around, but we have been here for a while now. We focus on kababs and chicken dishes. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular place where we keep the grill going most of the day. The smell of the charcoal and the meat usually fills up this little corner of Ring Road. Being near the press and the bank means we see a lot of workers and people running errands who just want a quick meal without any fuss. The summers in Surat get really hot, and standing by the grill makes it even hotter, but that is just part of the job for us. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just us working in the kitchen and serving whoever walks in through the door. We keep things simple because that is what works best in this neighborhood. If you are looking for us, just look for the bank or the newspaper office and you will see our sign right there in the middle of all the 395002 chaos.
