Chinese Room Restaurant

Our place, Chinese Room Restaurant, is in Shop No 1 of the Pinakin Apartment. We are on Timaliyawad Road in the Nanpura area of Surat. If you are looking for us, we are right across from the T & T V School. It is a good landmark because everyone knows where the school is. The 395001 area gets very busy, especially when the kids are coming or going from school. We see a lot of people walking past our window every day. Our shop is quite small. We only have a few tables for people to sit at. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It is a very simple, local business. We have been here in Nanpura for a good number of years. Most of our customers are people who live in the apartments nearby or parents from the school. We don't have a website or do any big advertising. We just rely on people seeing us when they walk by. The kitchen gets pretty hot in the summer months, but we just keep the fans running and get on with it. It's not a glamorous job, but it is what we do. We like being a part of this neighborhood. We just try to provide a decent place for a meal without any extra fuss. We are just here doing our job daily.
