Aristo Restaurant

Our place is located in Manisha Apartment on Anand Mahel Road. If you know the Adajan area in Surat, we are right near Nova Apex and that Sneh Ankur Vadi spot. It is a busy street most of the time. We opened up here because it seemed like a good corner for a restaurant. The building is an older one but it works for what we need. Inside, it is just a normal layout with some tables and a kitchen in the back. We spend a lot of time cleaning and getting the ingredients ready for the day. Sometimes the delivery guys are coming in and out quite a bit, which makes it feel a little cramped. Adajan is a crowded part of Surat, so there is always someone walking past the window. We see the same faces every week, mostly people who live in the apartments nearby or work in the shops down the road. It is not a huge place, just a decent sized room where people can sit. We keep the lights on late most nights. There is no big secret to how we run things, we just show up and start the stove. The traffic on Anand Mahel Road can be a pain during peak hours. But we are used to the noise by now. It is just part of being in this neighborhood. We are just a local spot doing our thing every day.
