Alpha Restaurant

You’ll find Alpha Restaurant inside the Shiv Shakti Shopping Center on Bhatar Road in Surat. We are right opposite the Mangaldeep Apartment and close to the Rupali Naher. It’s a lively part of Surat, especially in the evenings when everyone is out and about. Our day starts with the smell of the kitchen getting ready. We aren't one of those big chain restaurants you see in the malls. We are just a local shop in a shopping center. The space is a bit tight sometimes, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need to run things properly. The tiles on the floor are a bit old, and the chairs have been here for a while, but they are comfortable enough for a meal. We spend a lot of time cleaning the tables and making sure the kitchen is ready for the rush. Bhatar Road always has something going on, so there’s plenty to look at through the front window. We see the same people walking to the apartment across the street every day. It feels like we are part of the neighborhood now. We don't have any fancy menus with professional photos of every dish. We just have a list of what we make. Sometimes we run out of something, and we just tell people. We try to keep it simple. It’s just us here, cooking and serving, and trying to make sure everyone who comes in gets what they need without any fuss.
